Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund/free cancellation. If an appointment is canceled or missed within the 24-hour window preceding the scheduled time, no refunds will be issued.
