I’m a trauma-informed health coach who can help you move and feel better, improve your mind-body connection, and reach your health goals.  All of us have trauma in different varieties and to different degrees: whether it be physical, emotional, or mental, trauma affects the mind-body connection, how we show up in the world, and our relationship with our body. Over the last couple years, I’ve done a deep dive into the human psyche and anatomy to learn how our brain dictates what goes on in our body and vice versa. I have worked with physical therapists, somatic therapists, shamans, holistic nutritionists, neurological trainers, chiropractors, and psychics, among others, to amass a vast amount of knowledge and understanding as to why what happens to us shapes our daily reality and our habits of the mind and body. Through years of healing traumas in my own life, performing extensive research/continuing education, and thousands of hours of meditation, I have developed and honed my ability to see the energy of tissues and organs in the body and ultimately see what trauma your body has been through and how we can heal it.
 
Many people struggle with repeating and invasive thoughts, behavioral or social disorders, a lack of relationship (distrust) with their body, or other subconscious unresolved traumas. These underlying traumas can manifest as difficulties in losing or gaining weight, chronic pain, illness, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, anger, numbness, dissociation, or feeling like life is a constant struggle against your body. I have made it my mission to help my clients get in touch with their bodies, create a lifestyle that is personally curated for their body type, and provide them the tools to take back control over their mind, body, and soul. My main goal is to provide the tools and space you need to feel safe in your body so you can learn to trust yourself, heal and reach your goals.
