Cancellation Policy

-       There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. -       I do understand that life happens, so to ease the stress of unforeseen issues, each client will receive 1 free under-24-hour-cancellation reschedule every 6 months.  -       Please come in (or switch to online) even if you aren’t feeling like movement/coaching. Nobody feels 100% every day, I sure don’t. I will meet you where you’re at and we will do something that is at your level that day! Often your best sessions will be the ones you didn’t feel like going to and will help you stick to a healthier lifestyle long-term. When we don’t want to do something that is frequently when we need it the most.
